YouSendIt Receives $10 Million Second Round Financing

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- YouSendIt announced the close of its second round of funding, receiving $10 million from a syndicate of venture capital firms.

YouSendIt helps users send large files over the Internet.  The company offers its services on a subscription basis, between $5 and $30 per month, to professionals and small businesses.

Investors in the round included Sigma Partners, Sevin Rosen Funds and Alloy Ventures.  YouSendIt claims to have four million registered users.
